A max of 2 pets is allowed per apartment home. There is a $550 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (Per Pet) and $35 Per Month Pet Rent (Per Pet). You are required to register through PooPrints and PetScreening prior to move in. RESTRICTED ANIMAL/BREED LIST (included but not limited to): Dogs: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Doberman, Chow Chow, Terriers (Staffordshire), Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.
